The Process
From Initiation To Execution
Our process is quite simple but our years of expertise have allowed us to be proficient and effective in making our efforts end up in some form of fruition. Find out below how stones are transformed into the glamorous materials you see around you.
Step 1: Cutting
The blocks are carried from the mines aboard appropriate vehicular help and then is cut into uneven rough blocks.
Step 2: Unloading
The blocks are unloaded at a factory later on using the help of a mechanical crane that helps handle the weight.
Step 3: Processing
The blocks are then processed in the cutting machines and desirably sliced to provide the perfect thickness.
Step 4: Polishing
The slabs are now ready for some shine and are processed the polishing machine to give an even texture and finish.
Step 5: Stocking
Once done, the slabs are evenly stacked in yards in order to be used as per the customers’ convenience.
